Carl Bentley - Director
Carl has worked in the leisure industry for over 34 years and has held senior management positions with some of the country’s leading leisure organisations.
Most recently Carl fulfilled the role of Operations Director for a leading leisure charitable trust with direct day-to-day responsibility for 46 venues and annual revenue budgets in excess of £30 million.
Over the past five years Carl has been responsible for delivering a programme of over £80 million of investment into local authority leisure facilities as new build and refurbishment projects. This included acting as the client, directing the design teams to provide operationally sustainable facilities and directing the mobilisation and performance of the new facilities.

Mike Fitch - Director
Mike has worked in both education and leisure management over the past 25 years in both the public and private sectors. During that time he has held many senior management positions.
Following a period of overseas employment, Mike returned to the UK to study for an M.Sc in Recreation Management at Loughborough. Mike then moved into leisure management and held a number of senior roles with Circa Leisure, Leisure Connection and Holmes Place Leisure Management.
Mike has been a leisure consultant for the past 8 years and is a founder director of Innovate Leisure.

Andrew Hammond - Director
Andrew started his career in leisure management with Bally Fitness at the Barbican Health Club in 1988.
In the last 23 years Andrew has held senior management positions with a number leading leisure organisations in both public & private sectors with responsibility for business development.
Andrew has been responsible for the creation, delivery & coordination for promotional campaigns at a local level for more than 120 venues simultaneously, plus has devised and implemented marketing campaigns at National level in the leisure & spa sectors.
Andrew is a founder director of Innovate Leisure.
